2nd Bayer Senior Managers’ Day: a marketplace taking the form of a forum aimed at stimulating innovation and the creation of a common culture

With 90 minutes to review the issues relating to change management Bayer, a team of 20 Change Agents and Innovation Coaches from Bayer France in “committed speaker” mode, 9 customised spaces for fostering dialogue and creative contributions, precision timing prompting active and interactive movement, there was also a good deal of innovating going on in terms of the formats used during this 2nd Bayer Senior Managers’ Day.

As part of a day devoted to the 2017 roadmap for Bayer’s senior manager community in France, and at a moment of important news for the Group–the proposed repurchase of Monsanto–, dialogue regarding common culture and transversality was more vital than ever. Apart from the essential plenary sessions, this time devoted to interactivity and creativity contributed to the event’s goals being met: sharing winning behaviours and advancing the building of the new Bayer in France.
