- Connect: the Casting of Excellence A dedicated time to get to know each other, discover commonalities, and celebrate uniqueness in a fun way.
- Stimulate: collaboration in a multicultural environment A creative evening designed to showcase cultural differences—both stereotypes and realities—to enhance teamwork.
- Train: high-stakes public speaking Throughout the program, with a particular focus on the end-of-course team presentation to the Executive Committee (Comex).
