Doctors' Board: 'Communicating with your Alzheimer's patients'

This project came under the scope of the partnership between Novartis and geriatrician-neurologists specialized in Alzheimer's disease. Set up and implementation of a board on the issues of communication and management. The first Board group met on seven occasions between 2008 and 2012; a new group of doctors was formed in 2013.

Training sessions on 'The Art of Public Speaking', 'Understanding your client' and 'Communicating Face-to-face'

These sessions aimed to optimize the communication of the HQ and medical visitor networks with healthcare actors in a sensitive context characterized by changing operating regulations.
