Medical Department Seminar

Team-building event at La Bellevilloise built around a day of “à la carte” workshops. Nine coaches were mobilized to offer participants a choice of three workshops out of nine available, covering a wide range of topics: spoken communication techniques (pitching in two minutes, developing one’s speaking voice), opportunities to boost creativity (creative thinking, writing workshop), and personal development themes (mental preparation tools, giving and receiving feedback, time management).

Facilitation of an awareness workshop, in a teambuilding format, on the Pitch Method.

Oncology Medical Department Seminar

• Events

For managers: facilitation of a Lab’Oratoire in “commando” mode to coach their public speaking during the seminar. A playful improvisation workshop was also conducted to stimulate listening, creativity, and responsiveness. For employees: a program of activities to boost energy, including a creativity session based on seminar sequences to vary formats. The evening was animated with a smart talk and a blind test.
