Six Training Programs to Boost Effectiveness
Six training programs for ComEx members, managers, and employees to enhance effectiveness in high-stakes speaking situations:
“Mastering Your Nonverbal Presence” – Training to understand and control key nonverbal elements, introduce and conclude effectively, and structure presentations to maintain audience attention, particularly in sales situations.
“Speaking in the Media” – Training to understand and master the rules of successful media communication, formalize key messages, and practice delivering them in proactive communication scenarios such as interviews.
“Mastering Your Pitch” – Training to capture your audience’s attention in two minutes under any circumstances and increase impact in sales situations.
“Succeeding in Remote Interactions” – Training to understand and apply the specific requirements of speaking and interacting in video conferencing, particularly in commercial contexts.
“Mastering Your Podcast” – Training to understand the specifics of professional speaking in a video product for internal or external distribution (e.g., social media).
“Winning Your Proposal Presentations” – Team coaching based on real or simulated proposal presentations to:
- Structure and stage collective speaking (in-person/remote)
- Identify, verbalize, and emphasize key strengths of the commercial proposal
- Allocate speaking time among participants across different presentation segments
- Rehearse each segment with speakers (leveraging verbal, nonverbal communication, and presentation materials)
- Rehearse collectively for coordination and readiness
