Bid Presentation Coaching

Coaching an Engie Solutions team for the oral presentation of a public tender for the Lille Urban Community.

The client requested that Engie present “a true team” rather than a series of individual experts. The challenge was to stage during the presentation the “conductor” who would lead the project and the surrounding team. Thanks to this work, and a solid technical proposal, Engie won the tender.

Our mission: Develop the central theme (Fil Rouge), define the role of the master of ceremonies, coordinate transitions between speakers, and run rehearsals.
