Three Key Focus Areas of Our Intervention:
- Connect: Casting of Excellence – A dedicated time to get to know each other, discover commonalities, and celebrate individual uniqueness in a fun way.
- Stimulate: Collaboration in a Multicultural Environment – A creative evening to showcase cultural differences, both stereotypes and realities, to foster better teamwork.
- Train: High-Stakes Public Speaking – Ongoing coaching throughout the program, especially for the end-of-course team presentations to the ComEx.
