Tomorrow’s Factory Initiative - The Agility Workshops

Integrated into a large-scale global program implemented by the consulting firm Transformations for Michelin, Acte Sept participates in the Agility Workshops. This unique space, created on a Michelin site, is designed to facilitate change and develop new behaviors for employees and managers. By practicing how to express their feelings constructively and adopt responsible behaviors, participants are able to modify their ways of working and communicating.
