“Emotional Intelligence” Program

Design of an “Emotional Intelligence” program within the “Advanced Communication” expert training path: a 14-hour program over 2 months to strengthen relational performance—delivered face-to-face or remotely. Includes individual work and synchronous remote experimentation workshops that complement and enhance the in-house Emotional Intelligence approach (self-awareness and self-management, awareness of others, and relationship management).

Varied formats: EQI questionnaire, 4 experimentation workshops, masterclass, personalized follow-up with a progress journal.

“Nonverbal Communication” Program

Design of a "Nonverbal Communication" program within the "Advanced Communication" expert training path: a 14-hour program over 2 months to strengthen self-awareness and nonverbal communication, understand others’ nonverbal cues, and use nonverbal skills to increase impact and influence healthcare professionals.

Varied formats: webinar, masterclass, mystery healthcare professional exercise, coaching box, practical workshops, coaching workshops, inspirational talks, and peer-sharing circles.
