TotalEnergies aims to become a major player in renewable electricity.

Objective of the VISA Electricity program:

• Provide employees with an “electricity culture”
• Detail TotalEnergies’ ambitions
• Show how to become a leading global operator in renewable electricity

To achieve this, the company implements a training plan for all employees, divided into several modules, each including e-learning and a live event.

Our mission is to prepare speakers for the live events in French and English. These live events review the content covered in the e-learning modules and include a Q&A session.

“Mastering Your Storytelling”

A training program to acquire and practice storytelling techniques using a “narrative” approach inspired by the structure of a tale. This method emphasizes the “I,” builds dramatic tension, and particularly engages the emotional dimension.

Formats offered: Remote / In-person / Blended, in French and English. This course is included in TotalEnergies’ internal training catalog.

“Mastering Your Pitch”

A training program to acquire and practice a short (2-minute), concise, and persuasive oral presentation technique for a project, an activity, oneself, or any other topic.

Formats offered: Remote / In-person / Blended, in French and English. This course, included in TotalEnergies’ internal training catalog, achieved a satisfaction rate of 90.20% (Formetris Evaluation) in the first half of 2022.

Preparation of participants for their project presentations before the TotalEnergies Executive Committee.

“Mastering Public Speaking”

A training program designed to enhance impact during presentations of projects or action plans using PowerPoint.

Formats offered: Remote / In-person / Blended, in French and English. This course, included in TotalEnergies’ internal training catalog, achieved a satisfaction rate of 94.68% (Formetris Evaluation) in the first half of 2022.
