EDHEC graduate with a master’s degree in economics and health management, Amandine has been supporting organizations and teams on their performance and change challenges for more than 20 years. She worked for 15 years as a consultant and project leader in the health sector (hospitals, institutions, pharmaceutical industry). Passionate about the functioning of the human being and its evolution, Amandine is trained in coaching in 2019. She supports teams and individuals on issues of leadership, collaboration, interpersonal communication and speaking. She is a certified Human Element® (leadership – self-esteem), Art Coach and Narrative Practitioner.

Amandine made her debut in the theatre twenty years ago when she arrived in Paris after a childhood in Lyon. She plays in about fifteen classical and contemporary pieces then forms at le cours Florent and the Paris Meisner Studio. She begins to play in front of the camera, writing and directing her first short films. Today she shares her artistic activity between the theatre and audiovisual. She has recently performed at the Lavoir Moderne Parisien in Étoilée by Barthélémy Héran, at the Théâtre Municipal de Grenoble in Béatrice Bienville’s La vraie histoire de la Gorgone Méduse and at the Palais d'Iéna in the performance exhibition Tales & Tellers - Art Basel. She is currently preparing a young audience play and a web series.
