After preparing for Normal Supérieure for 3 years, she obtained a license in modern letters and a DEUG of English at Paris III Censier. Passionate about pedagogy and transmission, she has been training managers in communication techniques since 1994. Interpersonal relationships and cooperation are at the heart of her practice. It transmits the art of «fruitful confrontation» thanks to the tools of non-violent communication, transactional analysis, active listening and systems to anticipate and defuse conflicts and tensions within teams.
Delphine trained at the Périmony course before joining JL Martin-Barbaz. Between 2002 and 2006, she played the role of Joan of Arc in «Le Mystère de la Charité de Jeanne d'Arc» by Charles Péguy directed by JP Lucet. Today, she intervenes in prevention actions through the theatre and plays 3 shows alternating around different themes (addiction, discrimination, racism and anti-Semitism), accompanied by awareness workshops.
