Lucie is a professional of individual and collective support. After studying business at NEOMA Business School, she worked for 10 years in Digital Marketing in the e-commerce sector. Experience during which, she develops her creativity, her skills in project management and her taste for the transmission and the accompaniment of collaborators. Driven by human development, Lucie then turned to a supporting profession. She is trained in coaching, facilitation and theatre training with the Compagnie du Libre Acteur. She is also passionate about non-violent communication tools.

Passionate about acting, emotional work and singing, Lucie takes classes in theatre, musical comedy and improvisation and uses these artistic tools to make her training courses both interactive and fun. She is also a singer in the Choeur de l'Académie du Palais Royal, with whom she performs works from the classical repertoire.
