Graduated in law and human resources, Karine has spent 10 years developing HR on training and recruitment. After 6 years spent in the training department of a large Parisian palace, she decided to embark on the field that she is most passionate about: the design and animation of trainings. For the past 5 years, she has worked in speech and communication techniques in various sectors of activity.

In parallel to her professional activities, Karine has always loved and practiced theatre, especially improvisation. It relies on the countless techniques of this one to promote awareness and anchor learning during its training. Alongside her father, world champion of magic, Karine offers shows around the magic of optical illusions, a concept created 30 years ago by her father.
