Since 2015, Xavier has been coaching and training the company’s players in public speaking, pitch and storytelling. He favors a practical, playful and caring approach to encourage everyone to get out of their comfort zone and express their full potential.

After training as an actor at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Paris, where he graduated in 2005, Xavier performs on French theatrical stages (Comédie-Française, Bouffes du Nord, Nanterre Amandiers...), but also international, with the English director Declan Donnellan, with whom he worked for over 10 years. In front of the camera he made his first steps in the film "Brice de Nice", and a few years later joined the distribution of the series Arte "Ainsi-soient-ils».
