Managing & co-operating remotely: new ways of working…new ways of communicating at Bayer

Bayer, looking to the future and innovation for 150 years, develops and also assists with its employees' new ways of working. To succeed, new remote working methods suppose assistance and especially a key element, communication. For a new imperative, a new program! At Bayer, the organization of work and teams is changing: projects spread over time conducted by teams spread over the whole country, polymorphic teams, molded to projects, development of remote working… employees and managers are increasingly being led to work remotely, and develop new ways of operating and therefore communicating.

To meet these new imperatives, Acte Sept has designed new training schemes aimed at the managers and employees concerned to develop their capacity to communicate WELL remotely.

  • Identifying a person's operating method and adapting it to working remotely
  • Uncovering a person's remote management style and ensuring that it is consistent with those of other employees
  • Mastering tools and molding web-based meetings to one's communications objective

Focusing on different facets, the primary aim of these programs is to ensure the impact and assertiveness of remote communications whatever channel is used and know how to adapt to formats imposed by technological tools with mastery and discernment.
