Online spoken communication and e-reputation: Acte Sept's innovative "support 2.0" for leaders in a career transition.

In Leroy Dirigeants' new outplacement offer, Acte Sept has devised – and delivers – two seminars dedicated to today's unavoidable issues for leaders: managing their e-reputation, and their ability to communicate online as a leader.

These two highly complementary seminars respond to new challenges in terms of public speaking on company social networks.

  • Designed and facilitated in partnership with HappyCurious, a consulting firm specialised in social intelligence, the "Controlling your e-reputation" seminar is intended to allow participants to control their e-reputation so that it can better serve their professional career. The programme includes: analysing best practices, creating an editorial line and setting up effective monitoring.
  • The "Online communication for leaders" seminar focuses on speaking via video on today' digital channels. The programme includes: a customised diagnosis, exercises and concrete scenarios/role-play, the palette of available tools (Skype, Webex, Hangout, etc.)
Two "seminar 2.0" sessions with one underlying objective: controlling your spoken communication whatever the channel concerned in line with your position as leader.
