Bruno Chapelle and Olivier Yéni open the 1st Royan theatre festival with two comedies produced by Acte Sept

With their accomplices Marie Aline Thomassin and Pascale Michaud by their side, our duo kicked off the first year of the festival with “Espresso With Sugar or Americano Without?” (“Court Sucré ou Long sans Sucre?”) and “I’m Mad About Love; I’d Love to Make it Again Some Day” (“J’adore l’amour, j’aimerais bien le refaire un jour”).

It was with great pleasure and excitement that Bruno Chapelle and Olivier Yéni took part in the festival, which was created by Pascale Michaud, who hails from Saintes and is the mainstay of this wonderful event. A festival devoted to comedy: light comedy, contemporary comedy, any sort of comedy as long as it’s funny! Saint Tropez had Bardot; henceforth, Royan has Michaud.
