Communicating in the media: Acte Sept strengthens the expertise of La Fourchette’s spokespeople.

The intermediation site La Fourchette is preparing its spokespeople to be present in the media.

The challenges? • Representing the brand in a positive light • Taking media diversification and their changing role into account Our response? A committed and interactive teaching programme implemented by a two-person team made up of an Acte Sept coach and a journalist: • The Acte Sept coach ensured the La Fourchette representatives adopted a “Story Acting” approach: the right messages delivered in the proper tone • The journalist stuck to their role, challenging their interviewees about their messages in various formats. It all added up to a rich and highly effective programme.
