Intensive Story Acting for Alcatel’s European One Touch sales teams in preparation for the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Embodying the new positioning of the company’s products, giving voice to the promise contained in each one of them, enhancing technical talk with language that draws on experience and emotions: this was the aim of the workshops organised by Acte Sept in preparation for this major event.

During the Sales and Marketing Meeting preceding the Mobile World Congress, Acte Sept presented several Story Acting workshops for Alcatel’s European One Touch sales teams! In a short and particularly challenging format–45 minutes per workshop–, the 80 sales staff got to try out successively, in groups of about fifteen, the different dimensions of Story Acting as a way to enhance their sales performance. What story am I telling? How can I embody it by using my personality? How do I find a balance between the technical and emotional registers? How can I gain in confidence through this exercise? A week of intensive preparation that “sharpened up” the teams in the run-up to a crucial week for the Alcatel One Touch brand.
