It was Celgene’s Day, in Hackathon mode, in order to bring its corporate culture to life

The Hackathon Inspiration, the “Pitch Room” mindset and the Stand-Up atmosphere: employees took up the “200 pitches challenge”. In one day, everyone was able to illustrate the company's culture and values in an authentic manner.

The challenge was significant for our client, a rapidly expanding subsidiary: preserving its DNA, its culture, its values and the strong markers of its differentiation. Challenges faced by Acte Sept, in three challenges met.

First challenge: instil a "start-up" spirit. - The Hackathon Inspiration: 200 employees gathered in a single room, 20 groups of 10 people, competing around the expression of the culture in their daily working life. - Pitch-Room mindset: 200 “pitch-maker” employees, who prepare two minutes of high-impact speaking time thanks to story-acting techniques. - "Stand-up" atmosphere: story battles to select five winning pitches shared live on stage.

The second challenge was to stimulate curiosity and fuel reflection with à la carte “Open Mind” sessions. These 20-minute conferences/workshops allowed everyone to see the invisible, to laugh – it’s is good for your health – to get philosophical about Myths and health or to escape into Imaginary Writing.

The third challenge was to transform the Ambassadors' Fair at the Casino de Deauville into a true creative space. Throughout the day, everyone was able to enjoy colourful lounge areas, a candy bar, table football and pinball.

It was a day of palpable energy and emotion!
