Nexmove is entrusting us with its managers in career transition for a new support course
The outplacement period can be destabilising, but it can also be very rewarding, as the managers can find valuable material: THE TIME …and also the readiness of mind to take another look at their way of communicating and preparing for the future.
Devoting two full days to its communication style by looking ahead to its future responsibilities: this is the objective of the Workshop designed and led by Acte Sept for Nexmove for the benefit of managers in outplacement situations. On the agenda: - revisiting the fundamentals of effective public speaking – practising the techniques of the actor to increase control of non-verbal communication – working on the pitch of their compelling achievements in storytelling mode and thus enriching their employment and networking interviews and ultimately recovering their confidence thanks to their own individual work and the contributions from the group dynamic. It is an intense and extremely beneficial group time, at a period when the manager may sometimes feel a little isolated.
