Telecommuting: Acte Sept, a pioneer in remote collaboration training

How can we ensure effective collaboration and smooth communication despite distance? For more than 4 years, our "Interacting and Remote Collaboration" training course has responded to these new challenges.

With already more than five million telecommuters in France, integrating teleworking into the operation of companies is becoming essential. To make this practice a success, we must to support and train the employees concerned. Many of us know the advantages but also the limits of a meeting by conference call (organising the speaking arrangement, sharing effective messages, guaranteeing the participation of an audience that we cannot see, etc.), so how can we make this remote working practice a success when it is no longer one-off but daily and when it encompasses all aspects of the employees’ professional mandate?

For more than four years, Acte Sept has supported and trained employees and managers in the new challenges of telecommuting in order to better interact and collaborate remotely. Topics covered: How to effectively communicate remotely; Identifying how you work and adapting it to remote working/telecommuting; Organising your activity and your working time.
