Blue Reg changes its size, not its identity

14 and 15 June: 2 days to bring together Blue Reg’s 60 employees. The challenge: maintaining entrepreneurial momentum, stimulating the advisory role and sharing the roadmap for 2020. Acte Sept serves as the project leader for the event.

Founded in 2011, Blue Reg provides support to pharmaceutical companies at every stage of their product development. Initially French, the group recently moved to London and then New York. The number of employees is increasing rapidly, without the company losing its human-scale start-up fundamentals.

At the heart of this seminar is instilling a common corporate culture and sharing its vision. As Blue Reg’s consultants are mostly from the pharmaceutical industry, they need to adopt a new posture, putting their expertise to work for their clients. The plenary sessions were punctuated by workshops on these soft skills, led by our coaches.

Between geographical distance and new arrivals, team cohesion was the second challenge of this meeting. Learning to get to know one another better was the common thread of these two days, accomplished through the Blue Cards challenge. At the start or end of plenary sessions, each of the participants revealed themselves through an on-stage challenge drawn at random. Whether it’s interpreting their favourite song or having their hobby guessed by the mime, talents have emerged!

The atmosphere of exchange that prevailed during this seminar was perfectly in keeping with the desired dynamic. The fruit of the workshops will in particular contribute to the implementation of new operational collaborative projects.
