VINCI Railways, high-speed support

Our first assignment for VINCI Railways is under the banner of responsiveness. Acte Sept is at the centre of content preparation and Convention coordination.

Within the Concessions division of the VINCI Group, the railway business is booming, with major projects such as the LGV Sud-Europe Atlantique which links Tours and Bordeaux. In November, the unit brought together all its managers for a three-day convention in Charleville-Mézières and Reims. The common thread: Connections.

Acte Sept took part in the organisation by leading the preparation of content. Our consultants thus assisted each of the ten speakers, in order to help them structure their statements to adapt their remarks to the spoken word. A challenge met in less than two weeks.

On site we coordinated the preparation of the plenary sessions and carried out the last rehearsals with the speakers. Olivier Yéni then took on the role of master of ceremonies and hosted the three days of the convention with the proper tone.
