A sales seminar for solidarity : Just Onco, Just for the patient !

For the 1st time, Roche's Oncology UT has linked its sales seminar to the primary patient-focused mission of its medial visitors by sealing a strong partnership with Christine Janin and her Association “A Chacun son Everest”.

On January 20, 200 people gathered in Chamonix for a 4-day seminar.

It had been a long time since the Roche networks had come together. It was time to break away from the classic format of this type of meeting and highlight the primary mission of medical sales representatives: patient support.

Asking Christine Janin, an accomplished sportswoman and President of the Association “A Chacun son Everest” (which helps women and children cope with the post-cancer phase), to be the event's patron was definitely the best way to do it, here in Chamonix.

Seeing the first link in the chain (the drug) and the last link (Christine) come together in the service of the patient, driven by the same objective - the new lease of life - was a powerful symbol that participants will not soon forget.

In all simplicity and truthfulness, Christine Janin, the woman of many awards and distinctions, allowed herself to be transported to the rhythm of this solidarity seminar, with two particularly striking moments: the visit to the “A Chacun son Everest” Patients' House and the moving cross-testimonies between the Godmother, a patient whose last day of treatment with a Roche drug was coming to an end, and the Roche visitors.

In exchange, the participants were keen to mobilize all their energy during the solidarity teambuilding, to collect points which were transformed into donations for the Association.
