Adopting a ‘Business Partner’ stance is not a given. Being recognised as such by other functions cannot be decreed! Acte Sept is working with several of its customers in the pharmaceutical sector to help their employees adopt this new attitude
The pharmaceutical industry is in the midst of a revolution in its organisational model, serving patients and healthcare professionals.
This new model requires Support Functions to be fully-fledged business partners.
Business issues are no longer the exclusive preserve of the marketing, medical and sales functions. Market access has become a crucial issue, and pharmaceutical companies' business models need to be rethought to adapt to the objectives of public health policies.
Against this backdrop, the role of the Support Functions needs to evolve so that they can put their expertise to even greater use in meeting these challenges.
But adopting a ‘Business Partner’ stance is not innate, and being recognised as such by the other functions cannot be decreed!
Transforming yourself into an expert communicator, a leader of cross-functional teams, a pitchman and populariser of your mission - in short, a Business Partner - is all about communication and the original embodiment of the partner posture.
On the programme for our courses: synthesis and impact in communication (assertiveness), leadership posture, relational quality, emotional intelligence to gain in legitimacy and impact.
