Acte Sept has just obtained the renewal of its Qualiopi Certification after an audit that found no major or minor non-compliance... a 20 out of 20 sort of????

In the past 3 years, we could have perceived the Qualiopi certification in 2 ways:

Option 1: another time-consuming gas plant whose French administration has the chic ☹ And it is true that some of the criteria may be similar to this perception ...

2nd option: see it as a great opportunity to challenge us on a daily basis on the quality of our services for our customers

This is the 2nd option we have chosen!

And it is true that Qualiopi stimulates us on the monitoring and innovation, the professional relationship with our clients and with our coaches/ trainers, the evaluation of our training... and the measurement of their operational impact for participants.

Not bad, right?
