Supporting health professionals to generate new ideas

In partnership with Kephren, an expert in the Onco-Hematology sector, 6 Act Seven coaches intervened to stimulate collective intelligence during the seminar of the “Community of Hematology Heads” of the Grand West region

Faced with multiple crises in our hospital system, department heads are forced to adapt and find solutions to continue taking care of patients.

In this very tense context, what posture should be adopted to involve the teams? How to facilitate service meetings, how to welcome new entrants? So many issues that fifteen heads of hematology departments decided to embrace in January 2023 by creating a community capable of helping each other and thinking together about the ground solutions available to them.

A year later, more than fifty people have gathered to make this laboratory live in collective intelligence mode!

In order to stimulate collective intelligence, Act Seven proposed the co-development method. This method of animation aims to mutually contribute to the improvement of their professional practices. It allows us to bring to light the knowledge of practice, those that science does not produce!

Our coaches also provided participants with their knowledge of the health sector.

Indeed, over the past 20 years, Acte Sept has seen changes in the industry’s challenges and practices, particularly through its collaboration with many players in the pharmaceutical industry.

A real success, which we hope will generate other initiatives in other specialties to accelerate the essential transformation of our hospital system!
