What if you approached your team building with a child’s spirit? By revisiting the Panini Album, Acte Sept created a playful icebreaker to bring together AGPM and KLESIA’s top managers for the first time.

Do you remember Panini Albums, which were all the rage in the 1980s, where you would collect football cards to assemble the teams ? It has made a strong comeback in recent years, and Acte Sept has adapted the concept into corporate icebreaker sessions to help teams get to know each other better.

It was also the perfect tool for the AGPM-KLESIA Convention, where the two organisations’ management teams met for the first time, to merge within the next few months.

During 1 hour, 150 top managers, divided into groups of 20, investigated their colleagues to collect the missing cards for their personal albums. Their clues ? A cheerful description of passions and personal anecdotes, highlighting each individual’s uniqueness. Everyone was fully engaged, with this fun nod to the past helping to build the future.
