To support the development of this platform dedicated to access to cell and gene therapies, Acte Sept is implementing a coaching program for CellAction managers along with team training initiatives.

Led by Dr. Marion Alcantara, MD, PhD, CellAction (Cell Therapy Acceleration and Innovation) is the cell and gene therapy platform of the Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster (PSCC) at Institut Curie. This unprecedented integrated structure in France, enables the development of ambitious public-private collaborative programs to advance tomorrow's cell and gene therapies for the benefit of cancer patients.

This mission requires seamless collaboration within CellAction teams. To foster this collaboration, we are rolling out a coaching program for the management team, along with collective sessions involving the entire team to better identify barriers and levers for collaboration. The aim is also to equip managers with highly practical management tools that can be easily applied in their day-to-day leadership.
