A seminar by the sea to kick off the collective momentum for the 2025-2026 fiscal year

Creating the right conditions for operational subsidiaries to do business by communicating their message to their stakeholders: that's the DAR's roadmap... and it deserves some good coaching!

Two days overlooking the sea, perched on the cliffs of Ault, to take a step back, breathe deeply, and rethink together how we act, communicate, and intervene. That was the promise (and it was kept!) of our 2025-2026 Kick Off seminar.

On the agenda: content, with workshops on our offering, our teaching practices, our organization, and a commercial action plan for the coming months. Inspiration too, with carte blanche for everyone and windows open to professional and personal projects.

But also relaxation, fun, nature... and seals! A trip to the Baie de Somme, champagne bubbles (and jacuzzi) and laughter.

As we talked, three words emerged as the compass for our collective: energy, rigor...and humor.

A precious alchemy that we cultivate and take with us to make our interventions shine throughout 2025.
