Style Exercise for 30 High Potentials of TotalEnergies

Last and highly strategic phase of a leadership program: the defense on prospective topics before the Comex including Patrick Pouyanné : the Acte Sept coaches went into commando mode

On June 24, it was the culmination of the leadership program. 30 High Potential leaders from around the world were preparing to present the fruit of their reflection conducted in collaborative mode, before the Executive Committee of TOTAL.

On the menu, foresight topics such as AI and Shared Services, India as a technical resource center, decarbonization by 2050 etc.

It is in this final stretch and for the 6th consecutive year that the Acte Sept coaches got into action, coached and challenged the 5 groups on:

• the angle and organization of their presentation, the formulation of their convictions, the essential message and its variations

• the structuring of the content to ensure consistency between the projected materials and the statements, all in English,

• the scripting of their intervention to deliver a smooth and impactful performance.
