After BlueReg, Corinne Schmitz embarks on a new entrepreneurial adventure! Review of the “Shaping our future together” kick-off seminar designed by Acte Sept

Launched in 2024, AzurBio Pharma aims to become a key player for US biopharma access to the European market.

In order to accelerate its development, AzurBio will acquire PharmaConsult at the end of 2024.

It is necessary to succeed in the rapprochement and put the new entity on the right track!

This is the goal of the Kick Off “Shaping our Future Together”, designed and hosted by Acte Sept.

One of the keys to success lies in creating a climate of sharing and valuing each other’s experiences to serve Corinne’s vision and roadmap.

This is where Act Seven comes in with a two-stage seminar.

Day 1: Learn to discover yourself

Through dynamic ice breakers, led by three coaches, participants were able to break the ice and create connections:

  • The wave: a first collective movement in space to identify common points and initiate dialogue.

  • The Samurai: a playful exercise to sharpen listening and share a moment of relaxation.

  • The Apéro Smart Talk: an interactive card game to reveal your personality in a friendly way.

Day 2: Building together

In an atmosphere that is now conducive to collaboration, Acte Sept hosted:

  • An improvisation workshop to foster creativity, confidence and collective introspection.

  • Collaborative workshops with the Liberating Structures to get to know each other better through their professions and modes of collaboration, identify and deepen professional synergies and define together the conditions for a successful collaboration.

Goal achieved!! And it’s the participants who talk about it best:

“Super seminar, which allowed everyone to meet and appreciate our strengths to move forward together”

“The rhythm was balanced, with alternating plenary and group sessions, phases in small sub-groups, more playful sequences etc.”

“I really enjoyed the meetings with my new colleagues but also the workshops with Acte Sept, both on reflection activities and fun workshops”
