“Lab’Oratory: a training program to strengthen Novartis’ embodiment among Healthcare Professionals

Supporting RTCEs (Regional Managers for Expert Centers) in their internal and external communication challenges is Acte Sept’s mission through a tailor-made online training program.

Collaboration with the Expert Centers they oversee, is RTCEs’ key mission to serve patients.

This mission involves numerous communication situations that require presence, conviction, and clear messaging.

Leading “staff meetings” with hospital departments, face-to-face meetings with chief physicians and nurse managers, and internal presentations of action plans and specific projects, these situations require mastery of the three dimensions: Author, Actor, and Facilitator.

Our training program is structured around these three dimensions.

Various thematic online workshops enable participants to progressively develop their Author, Actor, and Facilitator posture, with a strong emphasis on role-playing and operational impact.
