Boosting the 90 top managers in support of the Servier 2030 ambition.

With a key milestone seminar scheduled for early May, Acte Sept is supporting an internal project team in transforming the “Community of Managers” into a “Community of Leaders driving the rollout of the Group’s strategy.”

Over the past few years, Servier has undergone a profound transformation and made major strategic shifts.

The SERVIER 2030 plan reflects this new ambition.

The Top Managers community has a key role to play in mobilizing all employees across the Group. After two years of engagement, this community now needs a second wind to continue driving the Group’s transformation.

Following a highly demanding tender process, Acte Sept is launching a support program for a project team of seven Top Managers from different countries, with two main objectives:

To support them in structuring the seminar that will bring together the 90 Top Managers in early May To equip them with facilitation tools to lead the community beyond the seminar and sustain this mindset of leadership and engagement

To achieve this, we are developing several project monitoring tools such as the Stellar Grid, Star Canvas, and various decision-making and action boards.

Learning to do without Acte Sept might just be the hardest part of all!
