New role, new training… The “Being a Leader in Your Communication” program was designed as a key part of a professional development pathway. Its goal: to support the MSL, Medical Scientific Liaison, in building their skills. Spanning 5 days and gathering 16 participants, the objective is to position oneself as a calm and persuasive speaker. Topics include: nonverbal communication, active listening, assertiveness, debate facilitation, and more. As a bonus, evening artistic workshops are included to lift spirits!
