MSL - Being a leader in communication

New job, new training... The “Be a leader in communication” training course has been designed as part of a professional development program. Its goal: to support MSLs (Medical Scientific Liaisons) in developing their skills. Lasting five days and bringing together 16 participants, the aim is to position them as confident and persuasive speakers. On the agenda: the keys to nonverbal communication, active listening, assertiveness, leading discussions, and more. As a bonus, evening art workshops are offered to boost morale!
