Graduated in economics and cultural management at Paris-Dauphine, actress and director trained in different disciplines (theatre, improvisation, clown), Karine Casati discovered her passion for pedagogy early on. After having led workshops and theatre courses in France and abroad for ten years, she trained and then joined various training firms in companies, and for 15 years she has designed and conducted management training, Relationship and leadership development. Karine favours learning through pleasure, experience and emotion.

Karine is the author and singer of the band Misska, and released an album in 2018. Since 2015, she has also been the pedagogical and artistic director of the association l'Etincelle du Soin, which aims to train doctors and nursing staff in innovative ways. In this capacity, she designs and animates training courses and events, and forms teams of trainers working in hospitals and CHU.
