While a scandal splatters over the President of the United States and agitates the editorial staff of the New York Investigation, the journalist Julia Robinson sees her life waver in the courtroom of a court when she believes she recognizes on the dock her partner who died 4 years ago. His investigation to elucidate this mystery crosses that of his team, and the small cell of the New York Investigation finds itself confronted with a mass manipulation program of an unprecedented magnitude. Together, despite their differences, they will have to uncover the biggest scandal since the Watergate affair.

'Big Mother' is the latest creation by Mélody Mourey, whose previous piece 'Les Crapauds fous' had already been a huge success. Based on an original and bold idea, the author and director offers us a masterful play that combines humor and reflection on our modern society. The mechanics of the play is impeccable: each scene is a feast of intelligence and subtlety. I hadn’t been so captivated at the theater for a long time.
